About us

Transportation you can trust.
Care you can feel.

A Dallas medical transport service, started by people who kept hearing how badly the last ride went.

Our story

We started with the complaints

Ask anyone who depends on medical transport and you hear the same handful of stories. A driver who never showed. Two hours outside a dialysis centre in August. Being dropped at the kerb of a hospital the size of a small town and left to find the right department alone.

We built Exodus Transport to fix those specific failures. Not with an app or a loyalty scheme, but with the dull parts: arriving early, planning the day around your appointment, and walking you inside.

We run out of Dallas and cover the metroplex with the towns around it. We are still a growing service, which means each ride matters to us in a way it stops mattering to a fleet of four hundred vans. We would like to keep it that way.

People to places, with care.

The mark

Why there are wings on the van

The logo carries a small joke that turned out not to be one. We lifted the last two letters of ExodUs and gave them wings, because the "us" is the whole point. Riders, families and drivers from one community, looking after each other.

There for you, like angels.

You will find it on the doors, the tailgate and the business cards. We also measure our bad days against it.

People · Purpose · Progress

Three words we print, so we have to live up to them

People

You are a person having a day, not a job number. We teach drivers to introduce themselves, ask before touching you or your chair, and speak to you rather than over you to whoever made the booking.

Purpose

Missing dialysis is a medical event, not an inconvenience. We schedule around treatment you cannot skip, and we tell you when we cannot cover something rather than accepting the booking and failing you.

Progress

Someone who can change how we work reads every complaint. Drivers check vehicles before shifts rather than after incidents. We would rather grow slowly than grow fast and start dropping people.

Safety & standards

The dull parts we take seriously

Nobody picks a transport company for its maintenance schedule. It is still the reason your ride goes right.

  • We background-check drivers before hiring, and we check driving records again after.
  • We train them to help you move safely: how to steady someone standing, work a ramp, and secure a chair.
  • Drivers inspect the vehicle each shift: ramp, restraints, tyres, belts and cleanliness.
  • We wipe down high-touch surfaces between riders, not at the end of the week.
  • Commercial insurance covers every vehicle and every driver.
  • Where you go stays yours. We discuss your trips with nobody outside the booking.

Test us on it

Book one ride and see

The way to judge a transport company is to use it once for something that matters. We would like that chance.
