Service 01
Ambulatory transportation
You walk to the car on your own, or with a cane, a walker, or an arm to steady you. We take the sedan and we do not rush you.
- Your driver comes to the door, so you are not hunting for the car
- Help with steps, kerbs, doors and whatever you are carrying
- Walkers, canes, crutches and folded chairs travel with you
- We wait until you are inside before pulling away
Service 02
Wheelchair transportation
You stay in your own chair from your front door to the clinic door. Nobody transfers you into a car seat, and nobody lifts you.
- A low-angle ramp, so you never tip back on the climb
- Four-point securement with a lap and shoulder belt
- Manual chairs, most powered chairs, and mobility scooters
- Door through door, which takes you inside rather than to the kerb
Tell us the make and rough weight when you book if your chair runs large or heavy. We will confirm the ramp and securement suit it.

Beyond the clinic
Everyday trips, booked the same way
Losing your licence should not mean losing the week. These are private-pay trips, so you need no referral and no insurance paperwork.
Included as standard
Every ride, whichever one you book
You pay nothing extra for any of this. It is what a ride with us is.
Door-to-door assistance
Your driver comes to the door and walks you to the vehicle.
Help with belongings
Bags, files, oxygen, a folded walker. Your driver carries it.
Room for a companion
An ambulatory seat for one family member or carer. Ask for the rate when you book.
Return trips booked together
Arrange both legs in one call so getting home is settled.

One thing we are not
Exodus Transport runs non-emergency trips. We carry no paramedics and no medical equipment, and your driver cannot treat you or monitor you on the way.
Call 911 for a medical emergency: chest pain, trouble breathing, a suspected stroke, a serious fall. We would rather turn down a booking than send the wrong vehicle to it.
